- Clarifications. If a guide left you with a question, ask it; if one reader is confused, others are too, and the article gets improved.
What we cannot do
Car Insurance Wheel is an independent content site. We do not sell insurance, provide quotes, or give regulated financial advice, and we cannot intervene in disputes with insurers, leasing companies, or garages. For policy-specific questions, your insurer or broker is the right contact; for complaints about financial firms, the appropriate ombudsman service exists for exactly that purpose.

Writing a message that gets a useful reply
Context helps enormously. If your question relates to a specific article, mention which one. If it concerns a rule or scheme, say which part of the UK you are in, since emissions zones and local schemes differ by city. And if you are describing a maintenance issue, the vehicle's make, model, and year turn a vague question into an answerable one. We aim to reply to every genuine message, though replies can take a few days during busy periods.
